ART
1. How do I upload my Art?
Answer: After placing your order with us, you may upload your art by clicking here.

2. Is there a charge for cleaning up my artwork?
Answer: Yes,if touch up work is required, it will be billed at $50 per hour. For additional art requirements click here.

SHIPPING
1. What methods do you use to ship?
Answer. Our standard shipping method is UPS, but we also ship via Fed-Ex,DHL, and truckline. We will always give you the best rate.

2. How do you pack your Products?
Answer. When shipping UPS, or when we deem necessary, we “over pack” unless the order specifically states no over packing. This will insure that the glassware or mugs don’t break in transit. Customer Service will quote costs for the overpacks.

3. How long does it take before I receive my order?
Answer. Transit time depends on the shipping method and the destination.

4. What if some of the glasses or mugs are broken when they arrive?
Answer. No problem if the items were over packed. Just call your Account Manager & we will replace them in 24 – 48 hours. All replacements will be shipped by UPS ground unless the initial order was placed as a rush & next day priority delivery was paid.

5. Can I have my order shipped on my UPS, Fed-Ex, or DHL account?
Answer. Yes, just provide your account number at order placement.

ORDERING & PRICING
1. I want to order 144 shot glasses item # 30-16727. What is my total?
Answer Example. $.65/pc x 144 glasses + $40 screen charge per color + $45 shipping = $178.60. (This price may not be exactly as calculated, shipping rates may vary and prices may change at any time).

2. Can I order any quantity – Lets Say 200 glasses?
Answer. Yes you can order any quantity you wish. Normally we ask that you order in case pack quantities, however if exact quantities are required, you can order any quantity with a 5% surcharge.

3. What is a screen charge for?
Answer. A screen charge is for a plate in which your logo or artwork is placed and then duplicated on each glass that is being printed.

4. Can I see my logo before you print it?
Answer. We can send a mock up of your logo either by fax or we can email it to you. Seeing a printed glass or mug sample is costly ($50.00 per color plus standard screen charges) since it costs us the same to print 1 or 100 pieces as machines have to be set & it is very time consuming.

5. Once I place an order either by internet or phone, do you send confirmation?
Answer. Yes, we send a pre-production approval (PPA) via email. You should expect a PPA normally the next working day.

6. Can you print on two sides?
Answer. We can print on two sides. There is no additional fee except when precious metals or decals are used.

7. Once I receive my glasses, and I decide I need more, what is the minimum order for more glasses? Do I still pay for another screen charge?
Answer. If you didn’t order enough items for your event, you can submit another order for a minimum quantity of 72 pieces. You will not be charged another screen charge and there is no set-up fee. Please note rush charges may apply if the event deadline is imminent.

8. Is credit card the only way we can make a payment?
Answer. Credit card is the preferred form of payment to avoid delays. Our terms for first orders are N30 to established accounts, otherwise 50% down and 50% COD. You may pay by VersaCheck and receive a 2% discount on your order.

9. Can you do other occasions besides weddings and birthdays?
Answer. We can handle any occasion. If you don’t have art call our art department and they can create it for you.

10. Can you put logos on items other than shot glasses?
Answer. You can put any art on any items that we have on our website.

IMPRINT QUALITY
1. Are your Imprints Detailed?
Answer. Yes, we screen print from 65 lpi up to 125 lpi. (lpi = Lines per Inch.)

2. Is your imprinting permanent?
Answer. Yes our product imprints are permanent. Some products may recommend hand washing only. We use a permanent ceramic & glass firing process that is standard in the industry. We offer a lifetime imprint guarantee on all of our glassware & mugs (refunds or replacements at our option).
